Terms & Conditions

Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before booking our services.

By booking, or using any of our services, you agree to the following terms:

1. Age Requirement

You must be 21 years or older to consume, or book services involving alcohol. Valid ID is required at all events.

2.Booking & Payment

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure any booking. Your date is not confirmed until the deposit is received and contract is signed .

Final payment is due 7 days before the event date unless otherwise stated.

Late payments may result in cancellation or rescheduling.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations made 14 days or more in advance may be eligible for partial credit toward a future booking.

Cancellations within 7 days of the event are non-refundable.

Maria’s Cantina reserves the right to cancel or reschedule an event due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to extreme weather, safety issues, or illness.

4. Service Area & Travel

Our mobile bar services include travel within a 45-mile radius of Prineville, OR Additional mileage will be billed separately.

Clients are responsible for ensuring a safe, level, and accessible location for the mobile bar or setup.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide any required venue permissions or access.

Alcohol is provided by the client, they assume all legal responsibility for proper licensing and consumption.

Maria’s Cantina reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who appears intoxicated or poses a safety risk.

6. Damage & Liability

The client is responsible for any damage to equipment, décor, or property caused by guests

Maria’s Cantina is not liable for injuries, accidents, or damages caused by client negligence or venue conditions.

8. Photo & Video Use

By attending our events or booking our services, you consent to the use of any photos or videos taken during the event for marketing and promotional purposes. Please notify us in writing if you prefer not to be included.

9. Event Conduct

We maintain a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment. Harassment or discrimination of any kind will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the event or refusal of service.

10. Changes to Terms

Maria’s Cantina reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website and will apply to all new and future bookings.
