I heard about "mobile bars" and learned about the few that had found success across the U.S. After weeks of research, it became clear that Central Oregon needed another option for a fun, one-of-a-kind cocktail experience. This is when "Maria's Cantina" came into the picture, transforming a playful concept into a viable business ready to serve the lovely state of Oregon.
